I own Villa Åkerlyckan, a vacation rental in Skåne, Sweden. I was paying 15-20% commission to Airbnb and Booking.com on every booking.

So I built my own booking infrastructure using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Now AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT can search, price, and book my property directly — no redirect, no middleman, Stripe payment straight to me.

The MCP server has 9 tools covering the full lifecycle: search → availability → quote → negotiate → Stripe checkout → status → reschedule → cancel.

I turned this into open-source SaaS (HemmaBo) so other vacation rental hosts can do the same. Each property becomes its own node with its own domain and database.
