Built HemmaBo — the trust layer for vacation rentals: agent-traversal + hosting. Not a listing site, not a channel manager. Each host runs their own booking site on their own domain — the source of truth: live calendar, direct Stripe payments, 0% booking commission. The host owns the domain, the guest, and the data; cancel anytime and it stays yours. Offers are Ed25519-signed on the host's domain — anyone can verify the signature client-side, no HemmaBo server involved. Agents read and book straight from the domain, no connector; payment settles to the host's own Stripe at 0% (host is merchant of record). Optional public Merkle log (tamper-evident, RFC 6962): signed tree head live today, per-booking inclusion proofs being wired. No central issuer, no gatekeeper.
