Every Ryszard Kapuscinski book is a must-have. You can find them sometimes at antique stores in Poland.

  The review, that is. The book is (1998) and most of its stories are (1950s-1970s).
  That said, the reason it's a classic is that you can go to Africa in (2026) and still instantly recognize many, many of the phenomena he documented.

    Yes.. the review/article.. normally what we might want to date (although if its nothing but a pull quote.. the older date is more relevant - this is not that case)
