This is a a high-level, medium-horizon, goal-oriented code factory management system with simple rules in a short document.

When given for an LLM, it expands to an organized tracking matrix with unambiguous multi-track goals.

I wanted to have a simple control surface document to streamline LLM driven development after struggling how to transfer complex system spec to a "code factory" I could just run with LLM.

It seems to help with syncing with Claude on what to do next.
