Worked in data and ML for a long time. Kept hearing people talk about wanting API access to Texas RRC data. This was one of those projects I said I'd get to eventually once I finished the 300 other things on my plate.

If anyone has an in to the commissioner office, an intro would be helpful so we can make this the official API.
