Each new US president is accounting for that in his/her 4 years mandate: 2 years with the congress chambers, 2 years without them.
I know that and I am not american. But it is good for some Trump bashing as many people around the world do not know that, and sneaky people exploit just that for their own communication agenda.
And don't forget: where there is unity and agreement, there is only little politics.
