    What I keep wondering for these, is if there's a way to surface great projects that just haven't been marketing well, or at all. I'm not entirely sure what signals would allow for that, but it'd be interesting to test I think.

      It's a great question, because star count is obviously not a great filter for quality.

      In order to find the "top developers" that i show on shadowgraph, I only used their commit history and contributions. I don't look at stars at all. So seeing what they are starring might be a step in the right direction.

      I'll definitely be keeping other possible signals in mind.
