Edit: never mind my original, I looked at the about page:

I studied law in Berlin (J.D.-equivalent) and at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London.

    Hmm.

Would be interesting to hear from actual German lawyers about these examples; my understanding of law is (a) at the level of pub trivia, and (b) more about the British system, which is fundamentally different in any case*.

It was forwarded to me by a lawyer friend who thought its claims made sense.

    This is very interesting!

    1. Will we see governments scanning all their laws for vulnerabilities just like we've seen tech companies scan all their products for vulnerabilities?

    2. Will we see automated legal attacks on businesses? Germany has the concept of an Abmahnung (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abmahnung). It's like a cease-and-desist letter except that any competitor can send it to you for very minuscule and ridiculous reasons (such as not listing your phone number on your website) and you have to pay the sender's legal costs when you receive it. (It's expensive!) Will we see those sent automatically at scale to businesses?
