This looks really nice, I really love that the document is at the center of the screen and the chat is off on the right, I'll definetly be giving it a spin.

I've been running plannotator as a way of using a document as the communication layer, but this feels much more reactive. Plannotator is very much an appendage rather than an integrated unit.

Edit: I do feel like we have worried a lot about context management for agents, but not context management for humans.. I often find when discussing and planning that I lose the thread in a chat, or that I have to scrollback to refresh my memory. Having a living document that is centerstage that I also get to curate and discuss is a way of keeping the context legible for both.
