I like Apple’s hardware, reproducible software setups and Scheme. So I made a small installer that brings GNU Guix to Apple Silicon Macs.

It builds on Asahi Linux and installs alongside macOS. I developed and tested this first release on my MacBook Air (M1, 2020).

I also recorded a walkthrough of the installation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFVwoPW1ozE

If you do try it, I would love to hear how it goes.
