I released the tool I use to organize my music playlists (I still buy CDs and rip them). Very basic, no frills, it just creates, edit and exports file lists to .m3u files.
My use case is maintaining playlists playable in a car audio, where paths must be relative to the playlist file. On playlist export, MEU remaps the paths relative to the playlist file. And spot missing, invalid entries so to fix them, invalid entries are marked red on playlist import.
For Fedora/SUSE or other RPM based distros, I have a copr named "teknoraver/meu" with the packages.

  I didn't look sorry, but I too still buy CDs and built a few options but basically for playlists for my iPod (rockbox) and for my home music player. (As well as or in addition to using AI to build me some webpages for similar stuff). Pretty Handy!
