Load bank or payment-provider exports and Sherlock will:
rank the accounts that behave like mules or collection accounts;
pick out the accounts that look like victims, for safeguarding; follow a victim's money forward to where it sits now;
produce reports and graph exports for case files.
It is a single Java file with no dependencies.
