Good analysis. Once the international laws and trust is dismantled, say goodbye to underwater cables. It can't be just one party that will dabble in it and get away with it. One day to brake them and a month to fix it; they are not easy to fix either. So the whole world communication will come to halt. Constant usage of sanctions and war mongering will eventually disconnect the world. They are not even bothering with diplomacy anymore.
