Is the real motivation for these folks to “work and earn money for the North Korean Government”? It says the proceeds were $3M over 5 years…what’s the value of that at a national scale?
I suppose that for a country that cannot get US$ by legal means, to buy whatever it wants from international markets, instead of getting only whatever Russia and China are willing to barter with it, any amount of revenue in US$ is useful.
