Press ⌥Tab and it'll show you agents that are waiting for you first, agents that are still going second, and agents that finished recently last. Release ⌥ on one, it'll bring up Claude's app, Codex's threads page, Cursor's Agents window, or the terminal that the CLI agents are running in, respectively.
Agents often also require your approval for actions, have questions for you, or want you to approve plans. When one does, you get a notification at the top of your screen and can ⌥↩ / ⌥⌫ to approve/deny without disturbing what you're looking at.
Press ⌃⌥Space to search across your recent (3h) agent conversations and get some stats like tokens used and estimated list price of API usage for them.
MIT-licensed, requires macOS 14+, uses the native glass effects, and is a tiny AppKit app (2 MB download). In my brief (10 agents for 10 min that were all constantly updating) testing, it uses about 20 MB of memory and an average of 0.43% of a CPU core.
