I guess the way to defeat it is to have another Ai that can sniff what they ask and how they score and get training by interview training Ai.

Bet you the insiders and their kin will know what to say before they ever get interviewed.

Working in this space, I keep hearing that customers (recruiters) are very interested in this kind of thing because they simply can't keep up with the application-load, and because if candidate-video is demanded, that's a signal that helps cut down on fraud/scam applications.

I worry that it will backfire in less-immediate ways (e.g. candidate disgust once the novelty fades) and that everyone will be worse off... Though I suppose that describes a lot of the job-hiring/seeking field in the last decade, really.
