She's pretty well connected to the CCP in order to be supported here in the US to sell Real Estate. It is very difficult to become a successful real estate agent, it takes multiple years or decades to become a top seller. The average agent only sells one to three properties a year because there are so many active agents in the US.
I'm betting that if you look at her sales history, she was the Realtor in multiple FIRPTA (Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act) real estate deals in California, that were properties purchased for the CCP. Countries that are hostile to the US should be banned from purchasing, or owning interest in, American real estate.
