    I heard from many people that at their company, product managers and designers are forced to create at least 3 PRs per week. Initially they started as changing small things but nowadays they implement a whole feature.

    Also, interestingly the article doesn’t mention that many companies are now token ranking their employees and creating leaderboards to fire them easily.

    This is the reason why I stopped following Gergely. Before he started to get many sponsors, he was talking about the problems that developers are having. Nowadays he became a PR machine for the big tech and startups.
