Blast at Ai if you want but this report sounds fishy. Most likely it is a counter intelligence noise to say that one party will act to intercept other ships as a warning. It is illegal to cease flagged ships in open seas and if there is anything that all the staff on these vassals know is that they can't cease each others ships in open waters and Ai is not the commander in chief. The superpowers are playing each other, in my opinion that is.

Take that flydubai plane that almost crashed. yday. Even children can come up with scenarios of how if it crashed into the wrong building we would have world war 3.
