    I’ve noticed a sizable decrease in Amazon Prime delivery speed and quality this year. Items often see their delivery window constantly pushed back, even to the next day. Some items have gone missing. Some arrived damaged. A far cry from the early days. Waiting for the inevitable price increase to counterbalance the decreased service.

    Uber and Lyft estimates for wait time are wildly inaccurate. My tin foil hat says its a way to get you to commit and commit to the upgraded priority.

          Both :-). That said, uber/lyft drivers are key subscription revenue for car washes. It's a cost of doing business. Decrease in uber/Lyft drivers should correlate with a decrease in car wash revenue
