The premise is bait and switch.
When ordering food we expect either: a text description, a plated photo, or digitally enhanced, perfected versions of their food shot in a studio setting (fast food photos). Those are all acceptable as a way to guess what you're buying.
When a restaurant uses a photorealistic picture unrelated to the ingredients using in the dish - the business is selling customers food they can't/won't produce in reasonable facsimile, and rightfully consumers assume you are trying to pull one over on them.
