Anthropic do not want any competitor that is why they want regulated AI asap so they could decide the rules. They are the most evil AI company trying hard to look like most safe.
They're sugar coating it. They've been nerfing AI research and development for years now. Their claim that it's only "certain ML accelerators" is a bold-faced lie, coming from the company that lies incessantly.
