This is just poor human speech and writing, which are everywhere, being parroted back by LLMs. They talk like we talk. And the worse level of speech and grammar in your prompt (and the less information you convey), the worse will be the quality of the output.

Whoever is collecting these is, himself, a poor writer.

Next time sometime gives you an answer or tells a story, see how many "no information" words they add. Lots! Most people's speech isn't information-dense. It's full of junk phrases, stalling techniques, and non-answers.
