AI is only good if you are disciplined enough to only use it when you tried everything and are truly stuck or have lots of knowledge and need it to get to that next level.

For the un-disciplined, it means using it instead of gaining the foundational knowedge yourself.

Sadly, most people just want that cheat code and to take credit for it.
