From what I can tell "sysadmin" has largely been replaced by "cloud ops"
That said it is kind of a lot of pieces of complexity you have there. I don't know if it is unreasonable for a full time sysadmin though. I'm not a sysadmin, but as a webdev I can run about half that stack you listed myself. That might be where some of the disconnect is too, a bunch of this stuff has been taken over by other roles instead of a single sysadmin
