    The bestiality thing is just utterly bizarre and inexplicable. Their attempted explanation and defense of it is even more bizarre.

    But, honestly, the bestiality part isn't what concerns me the most. What concerns me more is accepting a history of animal abuse. Abusing animals is a classic indicator of psycopathology and people who abuse other people later in life.

      Is there something in the water supply over there? This is yet another datum supporting the “US speed-running its own demise” narrative. As an outsider it’s hard to watch all this and wonder 1) why has half the country lost their minds, and 2) where have all the adults gone?

      Is this a variation on the kind of collective madness that, in other places at other times, instigated civilisational murder, except this time is triggering a civilisational suicide?
