Hacking is not that hard, has never been that hard.

You hear about high school hackers because they can do it without a lot of experience. Somebody older like myself might have a house and a family and situation that could be blown up spending time in jail and might have had some scrapes with lawyers, the cyber underground and the FBI and might put his skills to use building systems rather than tearing them down.

If it is easy for the budding engineer it is easy for A.I.

You have to remember also that there is a human problem, people can trick you install malware, enter your credentials, steal your money and even steal your heart and A.I. can also accelerate that.

Not infinite, obviously, but yes -- complex software will effectively always have additional vulnerabilities. It's a bit like how it's impossible to have a nontrivial logic system that is both complete and correct.

It's a core truth about security that perfect security is impossible to achieve. If there's a legal way to access something, there's also an illegal way. The only question is how much time and effort it requires.

This isn't just a computer thing, by the way. It's just as true for physical security as well.
