Using webcam image shift as the missing hinge sensor is neat; fifteen pixels per degree gives the shader far more signal than I expected.

Basic phase correlation, works on my bad webcam. No need for fancy hinge angle encoders, all you need is some computer vision.

I open sourced it just like all my other projects.
