I worked with Pivotal Labs in 2020. TDD, pairing, and Tracker open all day. I kept using Tracker after the engagement ended on personal projects, until Broadcom shut it down in April 2025.

So I rebuilt the board I was used to. Icebox, backlog, current iteration, done. Stories are 1, 2, 4 or 8 points, iterations fill to your velocity, and a story goes started, finished, delivered, then accepted or rejected.

I love the simple opinionated board and tried to recreate it. Have been using it for a year and thought why not open source it.

Hosting isn't ideal for open source, but it's my cheap/free stack. Cloudflare Workers + D1, free tier is enough. All MIT, hosted at tracker.usero.io if you don't want to deploy anything.

There's an MCP server too, that's how I point Claude Code at it.
