As an intermediate user who is not in IT, I share several impressions about the tools macOS makes available for the creation and management of keyboard shortcuts. My dissatisfaction with these tools led me to skhd-zig, an excelent tool in the vein of something like xbindkeys on Linux and a small subset of AutoHotkey on Windows.
