KeyKosh(K2) is a self hosted configuration and secret manager. It ships as one docker image and a docker compose file. It features RBAC, audit, secrets encrypted at rest. It follows org -> application -> environment hierarchy to create/manage configuration. We published Java/Node/Python SDKs that can be include as module in client apps which help to communicate with K2 platform, using scoped tokens or cloud STS.

Interesting facts are license check is fully offline - no phone home, works air gapped. Also, a bad license never bricks it - drops to free tier limits, nothing deleted.

It also supports offline snapshot config file as well - plaintext, not encrypted.
