    Intelligence is the mitigation of uncertainty. If it does not mitigate uncertainty it is not intelligent.

    The problem we are having is the over attribution of intelligence, and failure to proclaim that algorithmic intelligence (discrete systems) are not the measure of the scope and nature of intelligence (domain of existential reality).

    Simply put, intelligence works to a resolve, of whatever. To navigate the fickle nature of chaotic reality to a sensible or immediate conclusion.

    Intelligence has domains, dimensions, scales and metrics.

    Existential reality is not a discrete system of states. Modern information theory HAS THIS WRONG. Existential reality is potential distributing into state in the moment of now through the constrictive and destructive interference of fundamental forces. Truth is some perturbation of existential reality, and truths in the human mind are encoded representations based on whatever those may be.

Effectively computational intelligence emulates this “true nature” of reality, by probabilistic weights. Requires recurrent and accurate sampling for intended effect!
