Full-text / BM25: p50 3.6 ms, p90 68 ms, p99 150 ms on a warm namespace, with 0 errors across 14,461 requests.

Vector / HNSW kNN: 0.947 recall@10, with p50 124 ms, p90 248 ms, and p99 481 ms on a warm namespace.
