I find it a bit baffling they so badly wanted to avoid even hearing what's on the table. Saw so many people interviewed who simply said they didn't want to join, but that's not what this referendum was about

To me it's like knowing something odd is happening with your body but you refuse to consult and pretend nothing is happening. That level of stubbornness hardly ever yields good results.
