    I'll be honest here. When country A, run by people who are fanatically - almost violently - opposed to the political and economic system of country B, claims that country B is attacking it, I have to pause and doubt. That is not to say that country B is a powerless, victim. It is not. Given that the government of country A has a history of lying and using convenient yet poor quality intelligence to support it's agenda, I'm going to hold these claims, like all others from country A: with suspicion. Governments need to earn trust. Few deserve it though.
