The writer appears to be under the impression that the advances in coding and mathematical proof are due to 'chain of thought'. (Coding proficiency is presumably the basis of what he takes to be The Next Big Step after chain of thought, agentic operation.) The account of the last 5 years seems really deeply wrong to me but dunno.
