I particularly like the clear methodology page - my only suggestion is to link to an explanation of what the NOVA classification is for those who haven't come across the term before.
I've added a "What NOVA is" section at the top of the methodology page now, above the rules that use it. It explains what it actually measures, where it came from, and lists all four groups with examples. There are links out to Open Food Facts and the FAO report if you want to go deeper.
