HomeBrain is a private home cloud you own: Nextcloud, Home Assistant, Vaultwarden, and a local agent as one appliance, the glue (MCP server) is the product. One password, a backup that restores the whole box, a browser wizard — no subscriptions, no SSH, nothing leaves the machine, no external servers involved except Telegram. The Telegram messenger acts interface to agent and tunnel to NextCloud simultaneously (e.g. "drop me the latest invoice here") The agent in OpenClaw harness running Muse Glimmer wakes both periodically, and event triggered, e.g. through HomeAssistant (e.g. notify me when Person detected in House cam"). The agent is also the health management, it monitors the box, and alerts you, and is also able to trigger backups etc for you. All you need is a Linux (Ubuntu Server, or Raspberry) box with at least 16GB of VRAM GPU (my setup). Thanks for reading, this project I started 1,5 years ago, and is quite dear to me.
