IT WAS INCREDIBLE: I did not slack off in college, although I did stress a little less because I was't as worried about grades. But, I knew I was getting narrative evals, and wanted to be able to show them to a future employer, so I still did my best in all my courses.
Ultimately ... none of it mattered: my first employer didn't even look at my evals, and every employer after didn't care. So I got great, far more detailed (vs. other colleges) evaluations, with less overall stress ... and if an employer had wanted to see them, I had way more to show than just grades.
Sadly, I was the very last class to have that option, but (as an Education minor) I strongly feel it's the better pedagogical approach.
