When I use sites that convert curl commands to Python, I often find that converters give me a bare requests call with no timeouts and no retry policy. I repeatedly have to fix the code they give me. I also worry about where my private API keys just went.
So I built a lightweight, browser-based tool that helps me with both issues.
With this tool, you paste a curl command, receive readable Python requests code, and optionally add explanations or the session/retry/timeout pattern.
Importantly for privacy, the conversion happens within the browser and the pasted command isn’t sent to a server.
I'd be happy to hear what curl commands break it. Thanks.
