I'm not sure what the "Trump admin" has to do with that. Shutting them down for now seems like a very reasonable decision.

    Yes, but the subtitle makes it sound like it's a political decision (Trump's fault).
    It does not seem to be, on closer reading. I feel that the choice of words is unfortunate, and I hope it's not intentional.
