    It would be possible if ChatGPT eventually became an "Accessibility app" on Android. I've already built something similar that analyzes my Android screen and makes basic if/else decisions.

    Of course, if you add an AI layer on top of that, the token usage would be enormous. So I don't think it's happening anytime soon unless OpenAI is willing to lose even more money than it already does today.

    GPT is a usual application inside the operating system - it doesn't have access to private or system data. You will be able to control your phone only when phone vendors add GPT to their operating systems, I bet it will happen soon

    My guess? Almost no-one is happy to give their phone keys to notoriously unreliable chatbots.
