It'd be really nice if Tech Radar had assigned this story to someone with real domain knowledge. Or at least given Rahim the time & money to source on-record quotes from lawyers with relevant expertise.

Also: IIR, California's "wholesale" price for irrigation water is vastly lower than what other water users are charged. If so - should DC's automatically revert to the far-higher price for cooling water, no matter the outcome of this case?
