    3x something, isnt necessarily big/fast. A stupid low speed limit set by authorities to boost enforcement revenue, isnt really that insane todo 3x on. If the transportation "authorities" set a 20kmh limit on a street thats safe at 60+kmh, doing 3x feels natural, and probably happens often, by the locals that know the area and know where enforcement usually happens. Those will likely be honking angry at the person who does obey the arbitrary limit. I have a hard time siding with enforcement when noone was hurt, and there was no property damage. This just seems almost like precrime enforcement... "we need to stop this driver, he might cause damage". Idk this highway, but many highways are safe enough todo 200 for short periods, if u have the right equipment, and know the area and conditions. Things like this exist; like the autobahn.
