It's a war of choice by Trump, for Trump. He can end it at any moment should he choose. The real question is: will Congress have the backbone or concern about the US required in order to follow the Constitution and remove the ability of the President to unilaterally engage in war?

He could end this illegal war of aggression any day, just like Putin can end his war against Ukraine any day. There is nothing to discuss here.
