    Thinking is ESSENTIAL.

    Brain power is 100% a "use it or lose it" faculty.

    Regardless of what role(s) AI plays in our future decision making/society planning, we can't become those Wall-E blobs on floating loungers getting fat and letting AI do all our thinking. We do that at our peril. We already see how bad human decision making is getting. What happens when we turn AI onto it and none of us are smart enough to be a check on catastrophic decisions?

      Why is it bad? 90% thought is not productive or low value (distractions, routine work, etc, etc). You may think something else, something more useful, and with the full power of "thoughtware" backing you.
