    At this point, I'm kinda meh on it all... Today's Disney, Amazon/MGM and Netflix productions, not to mention Apple, Sony and others are far from the old guard in terms of competition... Paramount-Warner would be relatively huge, but there's still competition and room for something more/new.

    Paramount is more of an also ran as far as streaming media IMO... HBO/Max under Warner is far more established in terms of forward looking/facing and the Paramount catalog and broadcast systems can only enhance this. I think they should be required to divest in the actual cable and broadcast stations though.

    What we really need are more fair licensing requirements for older content under copyright, but nobody is really pushing for that.
