Outside of the mainframe business which is a world on its own, IBM has the worst software and culture. Apart from Oracle of course.
I remember 15 years ago IBM was already all in AI with Watson. I digged into it it technically it was all unusable. They then gutted the Watson team and guess what succeeded in missing the AI hype.
