I've been building PocketJS: standard Solid or Vue Vaper JSX with Tailwind classes, and runs without browser: a small rust core owns layout/animation/rendering, your components run in QuickJS, and everything heavy (styles, fonts, images...) is compiled to binary at build time.

So I've managed to make it work on a 2004 Sony PSP, enabling wide range of possibilities.
