I would love glasses that can identify people I'm talking to when I forget their names, or that can read me translation of food labels, or that can look around and help me orient myself in a foreign city. I would be delighted to have perfect photographic memory of everything I see cleverly organized and indexed by an AI I can trust won't sell my data. Think of how a technology like this could benefit people with dementia or limited vision.
And when you're capturing images of people without their informed consent, it's not even "your data". You're just a conduit through which these companies spy on unconsenting others.
This is a much larger problem with these spy glasses than pervs perving on women.
